Patients with Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) and their families face a variety of challenges every day. The cost of treatment should NOT be one of them. That’s why we created Catalyst Pathways®—a free program that offers personalized support and assistance to adults with LEMS and their families.
The My FIRDAPSE Therapeutic Dose Program is designed to help you and your doctor determine the FIRDAPSE dose that will safely provide optimal relief of your LEMS symptoms while minimizing medication side effects.
After your doctor establishes your starting dose, he or she will work with you to adjust your dose gradually over the next week or two. Typically, the dose is increased every 3 or 4 days until optimal relief is achieved. This process is known as titration.
The My FIRDAPSE Therapeutic Dose Program provides support throughout the titration process, including:

If you do not have insurance or are denied coverage, Catalyst Pathways provides free medicine to qualifying patients for as long as it’s needed.
If you’re having trouble paying your out-of-pocket costs, Catalyst Pathways can direct you to nonprofit organizations that can help you pay for your medicine.

Assures delivery of FIRDAPSE no matter what
Catalyst Pharmaceuticals understands that FIRDAPSE can only help patients if they have the therapy. Through the FIRDAPSE Delivery Assurance Program, they will. Program team members are constantly monitoring and anticipating potential obstacles to delivery and are formulating alternate plans to ensure that patients can always get their tablets. Whatever the threat—hurricane, tornado, earthquake, transit strike, or major sporting event—Catalyst is ready to deliver.
